Sedwick & Cedar
When it comes to old school hip-hop from the early 70s and how it all began, think of the Sedwick & Cedar block in New York. When you think of Kool Herk, think of the Sedwick & Cedar clothing line, which says it all. At Magic, Kool Herk shows his stuff in style at his booth. Traffic gathers around the booth in remembrance of yesterday, watching break-dancers listening to DJs spinning and rappers rhyming. If you want to meet a group of guys who are chillin’ then Kool Herk’s booth is the place you want to be. Olivia Alive, L.D.G., and I have been friends with Kool Herk for years. Cheers to Sedwick & Cedar…
Kids Got to Eat
Malik is a neat young man who created Kids Got to Eat. He handles business like a professional and is a client. If there’s something happening Kids Got to Eat will be there. It’s easy to remember this TV/production outfit if you remember what it was like to play blocks when you were a kid. Kids Got to Eat travels the block, state to state workin’ events and venues. Malik started with a dream and a few cents in his pocket. When I meet him he was rockin’ a Canon across his shoulder zooming an act on stage. He is killer on the mike during interviews with models, artists, DJ’s, and laying it down promoting the cause, Kids Got to Eat. Three Cheers to Kids Got to Eat…
