DJ Ace & Like Dat of LDG

I met Ace back in the late 90’s when he was spinning for WBLS. Ace always had VIP tickets for his events available for Like Dat, Olivia Alive, and myself.

Ace is known as the motivator because he knows how to work a crowd. He has rocked NYC for many years and traveled the US spinning major events. I doubt he realizes what guts it took for me to truck from his birthday bashes in Brooklyn back to Queens by myself, at 4:00AM. He never calls me Peggy, rather Ma. Ace did a kick a** job in one of my TV shows which aired on Time Warner. Don’t ever be fooled by Ace’s urban wardrobe; he is far from the ghetto rhythms that he spins.
