As CEO, I saw this as a challenge to work with a guy that my attorney chose, which is a graduate of Notre Dame University. The knowledge gained as an Assemblyman in the State of New York with a $90 billion annual budget. My attorney overlooked the fact that during football season Jay’s team is the Giants and mine is the Eagles. The good side of this is Jay is a avid golfer.

While I was in Vegas on business my Attorney called me and said, “if Jay Dinga loses the election this year, I want you to hire him.” I wondered who the heck is this guy?

Jay has executive experience managing and controlling all ranges of Accounting, Finance and Internal Audit functions. The knowledge gained as an Assemblyman in the State of New York with a $90 billion annual budget, provides added experience with the legal environment in which all business operates.
